Francisco is the Founder, President & CEO of 3500 Square, LLC

Francisco Dominicci, a decorated digital transformation executive with a focus on innovative health IT solutions. With over 26 years of experience as a retired US Army Colonel, senior executive leader, software development strategist, virtual health project manager, and federal health strategist, Francisco brings a wealth of expertise to any organization.

 

Currently serving as Founder, President & CEO of 3500 Square, LLC, a Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Francisco provides IT services for federal agencies and consulting services for Fortune 500 and blue-chip companies. He also serves on the board of NinePatch, Inc. and is an Adjunct Professor of Informatics at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine.

 

Throughout his distinguished career, Francisco has held numerous leadership positions in both the military and private sector, including Chief of Solution Delivery Division for the Defense Health Agency, Program Manager for the MHS Virtual Health Program, Chief of Innovation and Chief Nursing Information Officer for the Army Medical Command, and Chief Medical Information Officer for Evans Army Community Hospital.

 

Francisco's leadership skills have been widely recognized, and he has received numerous awards, including the FedHealth100 Award for 2021, 2022, & 2023, the Legion of Merit, and the Evangeline G. Bovard Award for Nursing Excellence.

 

Francisco holds two master's degrees, one in Management & Leadership from Webster University and one in Health Informatics from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Puerto Rico. He is also a Registered Nurse (RN), a Board Certified Informaticist (RN-BC), a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems (CPHIMS), and a Level 3 PM DAWIA Certified Professional.

 

Francisco is a change driver who thrives in complex environments by making tough decisions and rallying cross-functional teams in the pursuit of success. With his extensive experience and expertise in health IT, he's a valuable asset to any organization looking to innovate and transform in the healthcare space.
